Not GDPR compliant. Forces unnecessary cookies while in Europe, no ability to turn them off, no option to decline. Only option is accept or to try and turn them off individually only to find that many advertising categories are set to always active and you cannot turn them off.
This service has taken my company's name without permission and created an account, or someone has. No one answers or takes this account down so guess I need to take legal actions next. The name is protected and there's no way there's anyone else in this world with the same name. What kind of service is this?
I suggested an improvement to a song.They archived (deleted in fact) my improvement because they did not agree.They blocked my account from adding any other suggestion.They REFUSE to delete my account even though I emailed them about it several times. I never received any reply explaining why they don't delete my account.The songs' explaination is entirely dependent on the consensus of the users, which tend to favour ideas that look cooler rather than those that make sense. Because of this the website is unreliable.
Interpretations of lyrics are removed, instead of it being an open forum. Songs that could have a trifecta of interpretations are limited to the thoughts of their narrow brained moderators or top contributors. It should be an open discussion instead of a popular pick, or bureaucratic vote. Don't waste your time with this site. I won't again.
Keep it simple stupid.This site is useless. Tried to upload my album before it gets released. Can't upload album art unless you have a url. You can't simply upload it from your computer, or anywhere else. Ancient way of thinking and a terrible site layout. Wasted 1 hour before I tried to erase my account. Only problem is, you have to request them to erase it for you. Allmusic.com via Tivo is way better. I'm finished uploading all my liner notes, including album art. Don't waste your precious time on this site. Especially If you're an independent artist or label.
I gave this company a one star rating in Sept 2022 due to song metadata I supplied them(specifically song credits I gave being reproduced incorrectly stating people who had sung my songs had written them too). I was also frustrated that they didn't respond to various communications I had sent them about this. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find various Google entries posted by them today stating correctly that I wrote the songs and other credits and information correctly stated.
