SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! I made order in November and was reassured loads of times that my order is on its way etc but it’s blatant lies, I’d avoid this company at all costs unless you like having to chase for a refund or to resolve the problem! AVOID!
This was my first experience with the platform and I am quite disappointed. I ordered several items, one of which (a music CD) arrived with a significant crack on the front of the case. Additionally, I ordered another CD that was supposed to come with a signed card, but it arrived without the card! This is really upsetting, especially since I paid for three delivery fees to have them shipped to my country, and returning or receiving a replacement would be costly. The shipping fees alone exceed the cost of the items.
It appears that the company may not be truthful about their inventory for the Black Friday 2025 sales. I experienced significant delays in the dispatch of my order, which they had no issue accepting right at the designated online ordering time. After waiting about five days, I reached out to inquire about the delay and received a standard reply citing staff overload, suggesting I should expect a longer wait for shipment. Eventually, after a few weeks, I did receive the record, which is a relief. However, due to this experience, I am hesitant to consider using the company again because of their lack of transparency.

This company is quite frustrating. I paid for an item after its release on November 21st, and now, on December 12th, I still have not received it. When I inquired, I was informed that because I didn't pay for tracking, the item was lost in the mail. I ordered a signed item and doubt I'll receive a refund either. I recommend avoiding this company.
I placed an order on November 11th and have had a hard time making contact. Calling the shop led to rude responses, and I was ultimately told the items were out of stock. I altered my order but am still waiting for delivery. I've now received an email blaming the postal service and was told to reach out again if my order doesn’t arrive. The customer service has been utterly disappointing.
