I sent off the email and got my video for my grandsons birthday it was so good but I wasn’t happy with the way the words were spoken they didn’t seem to sound right, I asked if it could be re done and it was sorted straight away in fact three times I asked for the video to be tweaked and they were fantastic nothing was to much trouble I would defiantly use them again it’s soooo good 😊
