I'm puzzled by the term "gentle hair dye"; this was anything but gentle. I had a severe reaction, and to top it off, my greys turned a yellowish/orange color. In summary, if you're looking to cover greys and have had allergic reactions to hair dye in the past, this product is not for you. On a brighter note, customer service responds quickly to emails and is very polite, but I won't be purchasing from here again.
