I placed an order on December 26 and realized afterward that I had forgotten to check for the COA. They claim to have them, but they don't. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Only after I threatened them did I receive a refund. Today is January 8, and my delivery arrived, but I discarded it immediately. This service should not continue operating!
