The quality of the products is awful, I filled a return form then didn’t hear anything from them.I contacted them 1 week later, they said that “my form was lost” even though I received the confirmation of it to be sent.For a return, you need to send the product back on your own costs, you need to fill a return form, to send it with a tacking number, to take a picture of the parcel before sending, to send an email to them with the picture and the tracking number.If you don’t do it within 14 days after receiving the parcel, or if you miss any of those steps. They don’t refund….How convenient it is for them that my 1st form disappeared…EDIT: there has been a misunderstanding with the customer service because of automated messages.They apologized for the inconvenience, fully refunded the product and I didn't have to send the product back.I gave the product to a charity on their behalf.Very satisfied with the way they handled the problem!
