The first thing is mention is that the prices are way too high. One could find an alternative to almost every product they offer for at least 25% cheaper elsewhere. That said, the construction of the various items I've bought (ties, gloves, boutonnières, trousers) is solid and the materials used are good quality. The customer support is good, too: prompt and quick to offer resolution. Additionally, the website itself does give very good advice on classic style, and the major perk of the website is that they offer some items that, depending where you live, may be literally impossible to find at a vintage of second-hand store.
