After spending over a year looking for our first home we instantly fell in love with a house at the Fairways. Michelle has been amazing from start to finish, provided excellent customer care, very approachable and attentive. John the site manager has also been fab since handing over our home, nothing is an issue and nearly all of our snags rectified straight away. John has even chased up things we have forgotten about ourselves! Our home was one of the last remaining plots, we had several tradesmen carry out the snag check in the beginning and came back with a small list of issues which were very minor. We are extremely impressed with our build as we were apprehensive of buying a new build. Thank you again Michelle and John, without yous the process of buying our first home would have never of been this simple!
