Since worldview was acquired by Geoforce, our experience has been mediocre. The primary issue is that we were not provided with an option to move forward into Geoforce with the same reporting options as we had with Worldview. After 18 months now of using the GT0 devices, they are definitely NOT as useful to us as the reporting provided by the GlobalTAG devices. We are stuck since we have so much money invested in the devices. However, the functionality of Geoforce compared to Worldview is different enough that we would look for another provider if it were not so expensive to do so.The customer service provided by Geoforce is also lacking. The customer service folks do not seem to know any more about the system than I do, and are not interested in doing whatever it takes to solve my problem.
