This is a scam. It only sends a text message. Does not locate the phone. Luckily I rang my credit card company immediately after I signed up. It seemed suspicious. My 24hr subscription wasn't showing up in my Google pay subscriptions and the app was useless. They tried to take $88 the next day. My credit card blocked it. I have to get a new card but at least they didn't get any more money.
