I am constantly dealing with backward directions and a broken phone line through which I can barely hear anything. The dealer has admitted to reaching through, and "leaning on the phone line." I'm registered, why can't it just snow? It doesn't give accurate bus routes and I don't want such miserable service. It doesn't even charge accurately.
