Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. James was super friendly and it felt very natural engagement rather than a sales pitch. He was informative, honest and went above and beyond at every step. We were between two cars and he enabled a test drive in both of them at a moments notice, kept us up to date with each stage of the purchase and made sure we were totally happy before we drove away in our new Tesla model Y.
