I purchased some boots for my husband for Christmas. I ordered them before Christmas and when he just told me that he wanted to return them I was afraid it would be an issue (even though they were not worn outside the house and we have all original packaging. We lost a parent over the holidays and have been behind in dealing with issues like this. Fortunately, the Customer Service could not have been more helpful, and I didn’t even have to get into an explanation for the delay in returning them. In addition to well-made boots, they clearly have excellent customer service. It is much appreciated! We will definitely be back!!
