I ordered a pair of boots that were great - except that I am bow-legged and they rubbed on the outside of my calves - not a problem with the boot, it's my legs that are the issue.Contacted Customer Service and they exchanged them for a lower boot - and they paid shipping both ways.April helped me select the boots that would solve my problem - very helpful.Awesome customer service.
