The Geozilla Products are great. I like them very much, but in November 2020 I get an advertising Geozilla E-Mail in which they offer the Geozilla GPS Locator for only 19,99 $ but with a monthly fee for the mobile-Service of 19,99 $. Thus they offer a two year mobile service package for less than 5,- $ per month, I bought this device with the intention to fix this two year service package after the first 19,99 $ "service month". There was one thing I haven't reckoned with.The switching to another service was not possible and with buying the hardware I made a contract for the monthly service fee of 19,99 $. At once I cancled the contract and sent the GPS locator back to Geozilla and they refunded me for the hardware and for two month service fee. But now the hammer: In the next months Geozilla goes on with booking the service fee from my paypal account. And although I opened an Issue resolving process at Paypal and the process is officially solved at paypal, I didn´t get back my money and geozilla is still booking and booking and booking...So in my point of view geozilla is not trustable. Sorry guys, but with such business practices you make for the moment lots of money, but for long term you shot in your own knee and get a long line of angry customers behind you....please get in touch with yourself, fire your top manager and start with a trustable business model.
