I ordered nice blue polo-shirt on Aug, 26th. On Sept, 10th total different and cheap shirt arrived. I claimed the error with customer care and attached a foto. They replied: I should return first the shirt for inspection before they send a new correct one. I live in Germany and a tracked parcel with DHL is 47,99€ (non-tracked 11,99€). They asked me to send it with tracking. The shirt was only 36,25€. I asked customer care to send me a parcel label on their cost because it was their fault but they don't reply anymore. That's frustrating.
