I had the worst customer service experience ever! An agent abruptly hung up on me during a policy review because she didn't want to provide my information. When I called back, she falsely claimed that I needed to fax a verification form before she could assist me. I requested a supervisor or a more amicable agent, but another agent responded with the same unfriendly attitude. I was thoroughly dissatisfied; if I didn’t already have policies since 2019, I would have canceled and sought coverage elsewhere. I cannot recommend this insurance provider to friends or family, as I felt like my premiums were disregarded.
