Most agents I spoke with exhibited unprofessional behavior, and during one call, I was disconnected after providing my information, with no follow-up attempt. After several attempts to adjust my account, they withdrew three months of payments without consent. When I reached out to address this, one agent rudely informed me that I needed to provide proof of overdraft to process a refund. I do not need to escalate this complaint to the company, as the leadership is aware of the ongoing issues. I recommend withdrawing your policy and finding a more respectful provider.
