Gessato.com is a company that has interesting, unique design ideas and also sells a variety of home and personal goods, However, their customer service and communication stinks. I recently received an order from Gessato that contained the wrong item, which I promptly returned using their pre-paid label. It's been over a month and I have not received my refund despite repeated emails and online chats attempts to contact them, which have been completely unsuccessful. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and learned I'm not alone - BBB has multiple similar complaints from customers being completely ignored by the company after receiving incorrect items or no items at all. Buyer beware!
