I’m honestly beyond frustrated with Get Licensed.when i was doing my cctv license My course centre which is Nottingham has been changed THREE times they put me in derby centre without any notice so after 2 months wait I finally done the course in Nottingham , no proper communication or consideration for my time. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule again and again, only to be let down each time.right now i book door supervisor course guess what they changed my location again which is Nottingham to derby.
This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers who are paying for a service and trying to move forward with their qualifications. It feels disorganised and unreliable.
If you’re thinking of booking with them, be prepared for delays and disappointment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
