I am from Australia. I ordered 2 phone charger plugs from clario home. They sent me the USA plug. The package was sent from within Australia but when I asked for a full refund Emma required me to return the plugs, at MY cost.... TO CHINA. When I refused they offered me to keep the 2 plugs and get a 30% refund. I took that offer.Then 2 days later I was charged $71 supposedly for membership. I have ordered that they cancel my membership and issue a full refund or I will be contacting authoritiesThe amount of people that get caught out in this company's scams must be hugeWe need to get this company shut down.
