I had the privilege of speaking with a customer service representative on the get.it platform, and I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. It just doesn’t exist anymore. This gentleman not only listened to my concerns but went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I was having. I was very frustrated, but he patiently heard me out, reassured me, and offered solutions while asking for all the details to investigate the situation.I was shocked by his dedication to solving the problem I was having on this platform. He didn’t just fix the issue—he genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I felt heard. To my surprise, he turned out to be the owner of the company! To top it off, it was a Sunday, and instead of being out basking in the sun on vacation somewhere (not that he doesn’t deserve it!), he was at his own company personally assisting me. Despite being the owner, he was incredibly humble and never once acted like he was above the situation. It was clear he takes great pride in his business and truly values his customers.This level of service is rare, and I wanted to make sure others know how exceptional this company and its owner are.
