Hi all, I need to take 5 to write these guys the review they deserve. So I took a £9,000 loan out, thought I had a change of fortunes, and cancelled it promptly, sending the money back. Only to realise I made a mistake, so I got in touch, was told sorry it’s to late as I returned the funds, and my options was then very thin. I got in touch, they advised wait a month and reapply, I was dubious, but sure enough it popped back up on a search engine. I applied for 10.5 k. This time it never sailed through instantly despite the triple lock clear score. Jenna contacted me through email and was worried I may just cancel again. So I explained the situation, I was then contacted again to say they are discussing it shortly, within literally a few minutes I got the approved email, and funds was in my bank a few hours later. Now I no the ultimate goal is to make money, but this company is genuinely human, I made a mistake, I got a second chance. I may add, the terms are good also. When they say it’s not all about credit score, I can vouch, they mean exactly that. My interest free periods was ending, they really got me out of a hole. My credit file is thin, banks just rejected me automatically, due to low credit score, abound are different, better and like I said human. I think the whole company need a shout out, they are doing stuff a lot of people isn’t, giving a chance to everybody and treating every application on all aspects, not just the numbers put in front of you due to not having a big credit history. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone. Also a very nice touch, the whole process is dealt with via a soft search, until you 100 percent get the loan, only then they place a hard search on your file. Classy. Funds was paid, credit cards are cleared, just one monthly payment. You can also pay extra if you like, to bring overall interest down with out getting penalised or paying a fee. This company are genuinely doing it right. I did read the back story on the owners own situation, and they have made it possible through their own struggles, for people like me.
