Zero stars if possible. I placed an order in November for the holidays, and now it’s January with no delivery. My package was misdirected to Oklahoma instead of New York. Once it reached New York, no attempts were made to deliver it to my address. I've reached out to the company multiple times, but there's been no response or refund.
