This was a great first time experience using the platform. The format is very user friendly, straightforward and allowed me do things for deductions that I have never been able to do on my own as a former H&R Block user. I also really like that after putting in all your tax info it knocks out both state and federal all at once. Not to mention it was free to file unlike paying a fee on H&R Block.
