When an issue came up and we needed clarification, there was no way to contact a real human being. The platform just sends you in circles through automated help pages and bots, which is extremely frustrating when you actually need assistance.
It’s very disappointing to recommend a service and then discover that when something goes wrong, there is no accessible customer support to help resolve the issue.
My advice: do not ask ChatGPT for recommendations on this matter—that’s exactly how I ended up here.
Until Getaround provides a clear way to reach a real person for support, I cannot recommend using this platform.
