In the demo they showed hundreds of creators responding to adverts. This was a flat out lie, one of many that I would then experience.During he trial period we had a sum total of two creators interested with a total follower count of just a few thousand. Really disappointed I cancelled the trial and asked them to confirm that I would not be charged. They confirmed - lie number 2. We were charged full price for a terrible service that was miss sold.After repeated contact with no response they finally answered and said they would process the refund today. Lie number 3.Two weeks later still no refund. Their reason - the only person who can press the refund button hasn't been in. Can't prove it but suspect this is lie number 4.Three weeks later they claimed that they would process the refund by the end of the day again. Lie number 5.Raised as a chargeback with the bank as they clearly have no intention of giving the money back as well as reporting the transaction.Do not give this company the time of day. Their service is garbage, they are deliberately misleading new customers with false claims about their ability to deliver. They will lie and lie again whilst fraudulently charging you for services you don't want and then refuse to refund even when they admit they are at fault.
