I ordered and received the 10.6 inch car tablet in a timely fashion. Packaging was excellent. I installed it within a few days and found a minor flaw in the screen. I contacted car tablet. They responded the next day and said they would look into it and ask for pictures, understandable. I submitted pictures and within the day they contacted me and explained they would be sending him a replacement unit which I have not received and will be replaced in the original one. Everything was done in a timely, friendly, with excellent follow up between transactions. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
