Ordered my item #1021 on the 12/12/25 ,, still no sign , no longer replying to emails nothing. I was told on ordering id receive within 5 to 6 as this was a Christmas gift, I understand Christmas was a busy period but to completely ignore me now is beyond rude and unacceptable.
