If I could give them a ZERO star, I would. They do not deserve 1 star!!!
Do not order from this company. They are LIAR and DECEVING. According to their ADVERTISEMENT they guarantee a full refund or replacement if have issue.
They claimed their shipment in USA and takes 24 hours to ship out. It took more than 3 weeks to get it. I installed it to my car and tested it out.
1. The audio keeps cutting off
2. The power keeps turning off and on.
I emailed more than 8x and addressed them the issue with the cartablet, took forever to hear back from them. It has been more than a month now, nothing done. They requested me to record a video and send it.
1. I cannot drive and record at the same time.
2. How am I suppose to know when it its turning off so I can record it? Are they expecting me to keep on recording while I'm driving????
They said 100 days refundable, mine has been 30 days. I guess they they did this intentionally so the warranty days expired.
Tom, the Co-Founder did no good. He's like this rest of his crews.
BTW, the phone number they listed under the website, NONE working number. All fake number!!
