As I’ve already told you and sent a sort video of the power cord working but not powering up the tablet.
I also tried the same power cord on another product a sat nav and it works.
This is terrible customer service just going round in circles saying the same things to me.
I’ve asked you to arrange collection and resend a replacement or refund me.
All these emails have been put on Trustpilot to show other customers how your customer service works.
Please don’t ask for anymore videos and just do the right thing by me the customer.
I will be taking legal action next.
These reviews will continue to go on until CarTablet resolve this issue.

I don’t want more silly emails asking for more videos!
