I sent out 482.28 USDT from my external wallet using the TRC20 Network to my CLEVA APP stable coin wallet address. All correct with no mistake. the funds went in minute and even when i checked on the TRONSCAN.ORG website with the has TXID it showed it was successful and confirmed on 200 blocks. This funds never got to my CLEVA Account. It was not credited and when i reached out to the customer service, they asked for screenshot from coinzoom which is where i sent the USDT from. I provided the screen shot, the has TXID, Date, Amount, Time and network I used but they said they were checking and all of a sudden they said they couldnt see the transaction. There is no way a transaction wont be seen when blockchain confirms the success and when you use the correct wallet address and network to send. They have been denying and asking for further receipts . This is actually not the first time to use their platform. I have sent USDT from my Uphold account and Coinzoom account before but now i see something suspicious about them. I need them to credit my account with my funds.
