I signed up for Curex about a year ago. The initial charge around $480 dollars and the costs for the provider visit. I’ve followed my treatment for the year and my allergies worsened instead of improving. The annual charge this year was $590. I cancelled the service and then received a bill in June for the treatment I received in May for 177. Beyond worsening symptoms, their customer service is frustrating. They do not have a phone number. You can only reach them by text or email. I asked to see my previous quarterly charges and they cannot tell me the dates for these charges they just repeat that I owe 177. Additionally, I needed to cancel a provider appointment in April. When I did this the next available appointment was in July. I would not recommend them.
