I specifically requested a purple sign in the shape of our organization's logo. The initial mockup I received looked pink, so I asked for confirmation that the sign would actually be purple. They sent me a swatch back that did look like the shade of purple I was hoping for. When I received the sign, I was incredibly disappointed to find that when the sign was plugged in it looked pink. I emailed the person I had been in contact with, and he proceeded to argue with me claiming the pink sign was purple. The first time we went to use the sign for our event, part of the neon strip came detached from the sign. They will not let me return or exchange it, even though I have expressed how frustrated I am with the end product.
