This is a complete Good for nothing software. Their marketing is excellent but when it comes to utility, it has 0.- The message delivery rate is 35% (they never talk about this)- After re-targeting, the delivery rate is 10%- I used it for 12 months, and every month I had some or the other new error while using the software (like Error validating access token / OAuthexception. All these are coding level jargons)- So whenever you want to create/plan some campaign you will be in a fear that some glitch will come- Their per message cost markups are super high as compared to other API vendors.This isn't it!You CANNOT export notes data. So if ever you want to migrate, you are going to lose all client conversation data.There is no option to add screenshot else I would have. May be I will consider making a Youtube video with screenshots, so that other business owners don't suffer or fall in their marketing trap.- Gaurav (DAD OF CAD)
