If I could, I would rate them with zero stars. After several emails and two weeks of waiting, I received no responses. I had purchased a snapshot and videos, and the quality was disappointing. The mistakes indicated a lack of professional editing skills. For the amount I spent, I expected much better. I hope the company will honor their mistakes and issue a refund, as I won't be using the videos. The delays have cost me a crucial opportunity to sell, and we are now reconsidering our partnership with them. The support we received was lackluster, and I feel let down by the company.
