I was excited to try the Thrust Sync as my first toy but not quite what I expected. The actual stroking motion is almost non existent. It’s more about vibration. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something that actually goes up and down to get you off. Based on their refund policy, nothing you can do to return or exchange once opened so make sure it’s the right motion for you before purchasing, that way you don’t waste your money like I did. Placed order without noticing my card was still bound to my old address, sent an email to correct it.Didn't get a reply for a few hours so I chose to email and just cancel it considering they claim you need to act within minutes to make corrections, finally got a response after hours claiming I missed the window to get the issue corrected or cancel the order.I replied in under a minute receiving the ema back, and have received no response in regard to fixing the issue.The email I received blamed me for the fault, claimed I was too slow and denied me help, claiming I need to wait to dispute and resolve my issue with courier or wait for its arrival and have to ship it back myself just to wait for a refund.I should have taken the negative reviews more seriously.
