I had to source the tile samples myself and when I did, he quoted me a price $550 more than online. My wife and I decided to order directly online even though I would absolutely pay a premium for great service which we did not receive. The online total was $550 less than what Chris said it would cost (photo attached of our confirmed online order). Chris canceled my order without speaking to me. The Sales Manager, Greg Thompson, has not returned my phone calls and ignored the 2 emails I sent. This has caused us to lose 4 additional days on our project as we have to source materials elsewhere.
