Buyers beware!!! This is hands down the most un ethical company I have worked with in many years in the design/ construction business. I worked with sales rep Chris Cort who initially was all too attentive to process my sale of 3000K worth of tile. Then the trouble started when the freight carrier was supposed to call me ahead of time so I could meet him on the job site and did not, giving me no chance to inspect the pallet of tile. Not only were multiple 24x48 tiles broken but the order itself was short by 9 boxes. I filed a claim on line which is the only way the company will allow and when I did not get a response,I cordially called Chris who immediately told me he didn't handle claims and got me off the phone in about 10 seconds. After follow up calls and texts with pictures etc my claim was denied! Absolutely outrageous! This company has set up a model that they can take your money and not deliver what you paid for sticking it to you with no responsibility. Now I am short tile for my clients bathroom causing a major delay and my own business reputation is damaged aside from the thousands I had to pay to get this tile else ware. Totally sucks!!! Btw Flooring Bros is the same company so be careful!
