I wanted to cancel my Unlimited subscription (which I got for $35 last year) before it renewed, but doing so caused the app to stop working before my paid period ended. Worse, I was charged $69.99 for another year of unlimited reading, but the app still doesn't work. I requested a refund, but the support team did not comply and instead sent me instructions to fix the app. I followed them all, but I still don't have access to unlimited reading. I've been requesting a refund, but... nothing. They've essentially taken $70 from my account without permission, and the app doesn't deliver at all! Avoid this service at all costs! Such a headache!
