Scam in my opinion. I believe they are selling repetitive boring stories using the cliff hanger model to try to keep people reading. Also they basically force you to sign up to a subscription by making it harder and harder to get enough points to buy chapters. Would be vastly better to allow people to buy a whole book or sign up, and be upfront about the cost differences. The lack of transparency here is morally disgraceful behaviour. There are many better services out there for reading and audio books. Sign up to a company that genuinely cares rather than only wants your money and doesn’t care how they get it.
