I placed an order for wash-in shampoo hair dye on 1/3/26 for $24.00 with free shipping. It was then transferred to a third party, which charged me $34.99. Now, on the 10th, 11th, and 12th, they have attempted to charge my account $39.99. They don't respond to emails, and when I call, it's all automated, eventually hanging up on me!
