I ordered two products and chose express shipping, feeling excited when I received my order confirmation. However, I still haven't received my items. The tracking number provided leads nowhere, and all I received was an automated email claiming my order was in transit with a different tracking number, which also leads to nowhere. This service is unacceptable, and I suspect they might be a scam. Why is it so hard for them to respond to emails with actual answers?
