However, I still received the same product despite the cancellation. As someone diagnosed with seizures/epilepsy, this situation adds unnecessary stress, especially since returning the item is now required. I've reached out via email, but no one has responded. I'm sharing this review to highlight my negative experience and the lack of support. I even requested to speak with a manager, but there has been no reply. It's surprising because I genuinely liked the product, but the service I received is quite disappointing.
