I didn't notice until I had submitted the order that I had ordered the wrong size. I ordered a medium and needed a large. I got right on it and emailed customer service and asked could they exchange the Getionix for a large. I was told that shouldn't be a problem. I was a bit concerned that although it had not been 5minutes since I submitted the order that it wouldn't be possible. They did it and I got the large instead of the medium.
