The leggings are soft and not like compression socks. They dont cut off your circulation. Easy to walk with them on. Acts as a girdle. Comfy under parachute pants. It makes me want to walk more. I'm going to Italy this coming Saturday the 11th and I'm bringing all 3 pairs with me. I hate having to wear jeans when I travel. Too heavy.
