Please do not get fooled by this company. They are fraudulent.
I had a an account with them. On one of my trading days, I was just having a poor day I was in drawdown that was closing towards the drawdown limit ob the account. I took one more trade at the end of the day, and I made sure that it wouldn’t go anywhere near my drawdown limit for the day closed it just before the line of where I even put my stop loss. I closed the trade no dramas on my mt5 account it stated that I was below the 3000 lost for the day on the PnL on the MT5 platform . It was Monday so there was no chance of there being a time difference from the day before as I didn't trade on Sunday.
Then I got a breach notification saying that I breached the account daily drawdown limit which is just wrong. I’m locked out of the account so I can’t even show them the screenshot of the MT five showing the balance and they won’t provide it and they won’t show it to me PnL for the day. They’re just showing the data that they’ve got which is wrong and there’s clear slippage or there’s something wrong with their system that is not lining up with mt5.
The support staff are just rude and they’re just clearly ignoring all my request to provide me the information requested, they just show me their data which is not the same so it’s obviously hard when you’re trading against two systems that are not lined up.
