I made one order and received it. The company then put me on a recurring purchase via Shopify which I did not order. I called them but it went straight to voicemail, no response. I emailed, I did not even get an acknowledgment email. I tried to cancel on Shopify but apparently don’t belong to Shopify so I can’t cancel without opening an account. So, after searching a while, I found the recurring payment on the LivFresh site but when I try to cancel it takes me to a video about how I shouldn’t cancel and then it only offers a 2 or 4 week delay, no cancel option anymore, so I tried to remove my card information and it won’t allow me to do that either. I filed a claim against them with my bank. Mind you this is in “pending shipping” status so I should be able to cancel it or AT LEAST cancel the ongoing orders but nope. They are shady! Don’t buy anything from them or they will set you up with a recurring bill forever.
