Ordered Toothpaste tubes and mouthwash in November. Similiar story to other reviewers in early December got a notification of a label being created for UPS. On or about December 19th got a notification that UPS was going to pick up the product and that I would receive it on 1/2/26. As far as I can tell the product hasn't shipped yet and it's been over 2 months. Got two e-mail responses from their Customer Service apologizing for the delay. But other than this tea and sympathy response no real offer to make good other than confirming the 1/2/26 date. At this point I would never give them another dime as they seem all about clever marketing and sales with at best a terrible back end in terms of fulfillment. Don't waste your money run don't walk away from this operation.
