My experience is identical to other reviewers. Placed an order on 12/02/25, received an email on 12/11 which said that they were waiting for UPS to pick up my package, and another email on 12/15 which said that they were still waiting for an update from UPS. I replied to the 12/15 email, asking them to contact UPS, and I sent a message yesterday, 12/19, on their website. I couldn't find a telephone number to call. I called my credit card company, and they have filed a merchant dispute on my behalf.
